Ahoy there, Cathy, and welcome to planDisney! Combining a Walt Disney World Resort stay with a Disney Cruise Line voyage sounds practically perfect in every way. I'm happy to help you navigate the planning waters for your adventure next February.
If you booked your Disney Vacation Club resort stay through your DVC Membership, it should appear in your
My Disney Experience account once it’s linked to your profile. If not, you can add it manually by visiting “My Plans” in the app or on the website and selecting “Link a Reservation” (you’ll just need to enter the confirmation number you received at booking).
Unfortunately, your Disney Cruise Line reservation cannot be linked in My Disney Experience. Instead, you’ll manage your cruise details in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or by logging into the
Disney Cruise Line website and clicking on 'My Reservations'. While they’re not connected digitally, you can keep both apps handy on your phone to help guide you through every magical moment of your vacation!
If you’d also like a seamless transition between your resort and the ship, consider purchasing
Ground Transportation through Disney Cruise Line. It’s available for an additional fee and offers luggage handling and comfortable shuttle service straight from your Disney Resort hotel to the port. You can also book transportation back to the airport at the end of your cruise. Simply
call Disney Cruise Line directly to add it to your reservation.
Cathy, whether you're meeting Minnie Mouse in the parks or waving to Captain Mickey during the Sail Away Celebration, you’re in for a journey filled with unforgettable memories. And if any more questions bubble up before your trip, we hope you’ll visit us again here at planDisney.
SEA ya real soon!
