Hello, are there reserved viewing areas for the Magic Happens parade? If so, how do we reserve a spot there? thanks!

    Hi there, Rabia!

Ooh! This is a great plan. When the amazing "Magic Happens" Parade first debuted at the Disneyland Resort three years ago, my family and I wanted to make the experience special by booking a Plaza Inn Dining Package that included access to a reserved viewing area for the parade. It was so worth it! We enjoyed the special menu at the restaurant. It was a unique selection compared to the also delicious fried chicken Plaza Inn offers on its regular menu. When it was nearly time for the parade, we took our vouchers to the designated viewing area for an excellent view of those amazing floats and talented performers, all without having to wait at a spot well before parade time.

Note that the Plaza Inn Dining Packages are very popular. So it is highly recommended to book reservations as early as possible. If you find that reservations are not currently available for your preferred date, I recommend checking frequently. When other Guests need to change their plans, their canceled reservations may become available to you.

Thanks for your question for us at planDisney, Rabia. If there is anything else we can do to help you plan a magical visit to The Happiest Place on Earth, I hope you’ll stop by again soon.
