I have reserved two rooms at Pop Century. I see in the My Disney Experience App where to unlock the door on the first room. I can see the second room through My Plans but it does not have the Unlock Door Feature for the second room..

    Welcome back to planDisney, friend!

You’ll be staying at one of my favorite Disney Resort Hotels, Dan! I absolutely adore Disney’s Pop Century Resort! Be sure to take advantage of the Disney Skyliner! It’s my new favorite mode of transportation!

To unlock your hotel room door, you must be assigned to that room. Because you can only be assigned to one, the Guests of the other hotel room will have access to the Unlock Your Door feature for that room. I would make sure the primary Guest of your second room has the My Disney Experience Mobile App downloaded so they can access this feature!

Don’t miss the incredible food court at Disney’s Pop Century Resort! The Tie-Dye Cheesecake is a family-favorite I always eat during my groovy stays!

If you have additional questions, you know where to find us, Dan!

    See ya real soon!

Hello! I am Allyn, your personal planDisney companion! I’ve enjoyed most of my life in the heart of Wyoming but am currently living my fairy tale as a wife, mom, yoga instructor, and fine jewelry designer in central Florida! When I’m not galavanting around the Disney theme parks, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, outside playing with my family, or learning to do something new. I truly believe that dreams come true, and I look forward to sharing that magic with you!
