I have reserved two rooms under one single hotel reservation for my vacation. When I try to add the second room under the same reservation code, the system not allowing to do so. Could you please assist resolving this problem please? Thank you!

Hiya Wymen - thanks so much for stopping by planDisney!

Getting your Resort reservation linked to your My Disney Experience account certainly is important! It's your key to unlocking many of the exciting extra benefits of staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, or other select hotel partners. For example, you may be eligible for Early Theme Park Entry, and if you're staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort Hotel or Disney Deluxe Villa you may be able to extend your days at select Theme Parks with extended evening hours on select dates!

I recently had a similar experience with my reservation at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel - two rooms each with two Guests, but I only received a single reservation number. I called 407-939-1936 and spoke to Reservations Cast Member, and they helped me link my second room. I suggest you do the same, but there is one trick you might want to try on your own first. My reservation number for the second room (the one I could not link) was actually only one digit away from my original reservation number. So, you might want to try your current reservation number, plus or minus one, before you call in!

I hope this helps as you continue planning for your upcoming trip! You'll be visiting during one of my favorite times of the year, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, so get ready to enjoy all the amazing topiaries, food, and entertainment!
