Joshua from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I reserved two 2-day tickets for Sep 26th, Sep 27th. However, we cant make it on those days, and want to reschedule for late October. Would we have to buy two new tickets? or can we change the reservation

    Hello Joshua!

Welcome to planDisney, I will be happy to explore this whole new world with you! The good news is you will be able to use your already purchased tickets to reschedule for a different date. Just make sure the new date, you are planning for, occurs prior to the expiration of the ticket(s) you currently have.

Once you’ve checked your ticket dates, you will need to visit the “My Plans” section on your My Disney Experience account. That is where you will be able to cancel your existing Disney Park Pass Reservation and book a new one (subject to availability).

Tip: I recommend checking the Disney Park Pass availability calendar, prior to selecting your new dates, to make sure there is availability on the dates you are wanting to visit.

Joshua, I hope this Magic Carpet ride helps you rearrange your park visit. Please let us know if there’s anything else you need help with. After all, you have 2 more wishes!
