I reserved tickets under my sisters name and she is unable to go that day. Is someone else able to use that ticket?

Welcome to planDisney, Lyndsey! I’m so glad you’re here with your question for us.

How exciting to hEAR you’ll be heading to the Happiest Place on Earth in less than a month! Like many people, I cannot wait to return to a land of Magic and take in everything Disney. What a rough year it has been for all, and we can definitely use some Disney pixie dusts!

Lyndsey, I’m sorry to hear your sister is unable to join you. To reassign your sister’s Theme Park ticket, you will need to call Disneyland Resort Technical Support at (714) 520-6222 or Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. There may be a bit of a wait time before connecting to a Cast Member, but your patience is greatly appreciated. Cast Members are working diligently to ensure you and all Guests have the best experience. As you know probably know by now, during the initial phased reopening of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, only California residents are allowed to visit based on state guidelines. Cast Members at the entrance may require Guests to present valid identification to show proof of California residency. Thus, it will be important that the name on your ticket matches the name on your identification card.

Should you have further questions regarding planning your upcoming trip, please write us again! We’re all EARS.

    Wishing you a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
