Hey there, Danny.
Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to visit us with your question. People’s plans change for so many reasons and Disneyland Resort has made it fairly easy to make adjustments to theme park reservations.
If you wish to switch your park reservation day to a different one, you can definitely do so, provided that: 1) the dates are in the same tier if you have a one-day ticket (or the new date is in a lower tier), and 2) there are park reservations available. However, if you have a multi-day ticket, you do not need to worry about the ticket tiers. Before you change your reservation, I suggest checking out the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see which park is available on the day you wish to visit.
To switch your park reservation to a new date, you’ll actually need to cancel your current park reservation. Then, return to the
“Theme Park Tickets & Reservations” page and under “If you’ve already purchased a ticket:”, click on “Make Park Reservations”. Pick the new date and park you wish to visit and confirm your selections. When your new theme park reservation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
