Hello Harmony,
Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney!
The way I describe
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets and theme park reservations is that they are two different pieces of your theme park plan that need to work together. You
purchase theme park tickets for admission, and they are nonrefundable. You
make theme park reservations to visit the theme parks, and those reservations can be cancelled but not modified.
When you make Walt Disney World Resort theme park reservations through the
Disney Park Pass system, you'll want to make sure that the theme park tickets you purchased are valid for park admission on the dates for which you are trying to make your theme park reservations.
In the event that a Guest has
a theme park ticket that's not valid for the same date as the theme park reservation, the Guest will receive a notice to link a valid theme park admission to their
My Disney Experience account. The Guest will need to link the valid theme park admission within two (2) days or the theme park reservation will be cancelled.
It sounds like your theme park reservations might be for days on which your theme park tickets are not valid for admission. My suggestion would be to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort ticketing team at (407)-566-4985 for guidance. You can also
contact the Cast Members through online chat. The friendly Cast Members can look at the details for your tickets and your reservations to help you see what the issue is and how to resolve it.
Harmony, I'm hopeful for you that you can get your theme park tickets and your theme park reservations all set up and ready to go so you can enjoy all the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort!
Jerry
