    I have reserved tickets for Mickey's Backyard BBQ. Will I be able to pick up those tickets at the Vero Beach resort concierge desk the night before?

    Hi, Kathryn!

    You're really going to enjoy your stay at Disney's Vero Beach Resort, it's really gorgeous! Be sure to ask a Cast Member at the front desk for information about the nesting turtles when you check in.

    I called and verified that your tickets for Mickey's Backyard BBQ cannot be picked up at Disney's Vero Beach Resort and will need to be picked up upon your arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort. The concierge and/or front desk will be able to assist you with that when you check in. I hope that helps!
