Hello, Debra!
That sounds like a
spectacular idea. Because weather and other issues could cause delays or cancellations of Disneyland Resort fireworks, there are typically not many options for advanced reservations for fireworks viewing. Still, there are usually two approaches to gaining reserved seating for
entertainment events that I would mention. One is to check for
reservation availability with the “Dining Events” filter enabled. There, you’ll find some of my favorite activities to enjoy at the Disneyland Resort, such as
Plaza Inn Dining Packages for parade viewing and the
World of Color Dessert Party. For possible fireworks views from a unique perspective, I suggest looking into the
Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace.
The other approach to gaining reserved seating for fireworks is to book a
Disneyland Resort VIP Tour. VIP tour Guests may request access to reserved viewing areas for select nighttime spectaculars and other shows. The nice thing about this benefit is that the reserved viewing for fireworks and other shows can be during a time outside of the core hours booked for the VIP tour. Note that this and other benefits may be subject to availability.
With new nighttime spectaculars
Wondrous Journeys and
World of Color - ONE debuting with the
Disney100 Celebration later this month, this is an especially exciting season to be planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort. I wish you and your party a most marvelous time making magic memories at The Happiest Place on Earth, Debra!
