I reserved a scooter for my mother-in-law to use for our day at Disney World during our Cruise in Nov. I plan on picking up at the Contemporary but need suggestions on how to get it back there when we end our night at Hollywood Studios. Can Disney help?

    Hi Sandy,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I'm excited for you that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World, and it's even more exciting to hear that your visit is part of your Disney Cruise Line adventure. As I don't have the details on where you made your reservation for the Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV), I unfortunately don't have specifics on how to arrange the return of your rental. After discussing your question with the Walt Disney World Disability Services Team, I can share that their recommendation is to work with one of the third-party ECV rental companies listed on the ECV Rentals information page such as Buena Vista Scooter Rentals (866-484-4797), Apple Scooter (800-701-1971), or Best Price Scooters and Strollers (866-866-3434). Working with a third-party Featured Provider would offer flexibility for pick-up and return, though you would need to work directly with the rental company you choose to make those arrangements. If you would like more information or have additional questions, you can reach out to Disability Services directly at (407) 560-2547.

Sandy, here's wishing you a magical sailing with Disney Cruise Line and lots of fun visiting Walt Disney World.

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
