    We reserved a room off property and purchased tickets through Reserve Direct. I have a Walt Disney World ID number for my tickets, but I can't get it to be accepted on the WDW site. Do I have to wait to physically have the tickets in order to add it?

    You should be able to add your tickets online with no problem at all.  However, with new technology, you can bet Stitch is hard at work to make things difficult.  

    I recommend calling (407)939-5277 and speaking with one of our technology Cast Members.  He/She can walk you through the process or offer some additional advice.
