I reserved a room at Disney world and canceled reservations what is the next step process?

Hello Arneshia, and welcome to planDisney

I'm sorry that you won't be joining us later this spring at the Most Magical Place on Earth, but we all understand that plans change and sometimes vacations need to be rescheduled. I am always grateful for Disney's flexible cancelation policies

Whether you canceled a room-only reservation or Disney Vacation Package, there is nothing to do but wait for the funds to reappear on your credit or debit card statement. In my experience, this should only take a few days, so if you canceled more than a week ago and still don't see the refund, you might want to give Disney a call to see what's going on.

The only thing that cheers me up after postponing a vacation is dreaming of and planning for my next one! Have you heard about all the magic coming later this year and continuing in 2022 for the 50th-anniversary celebration? From new attraction openings to the debut of EPCOT's next nighttime spectacular, to the launch of the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, there is so much to look forward to. 2022 Disney Vacation Packages are currently available to book, and after placing an initial deposit you have until a month before your check-in date to pay the remaining balance

Thanks for stopping by to see us, Arneshia, and I hope the next time you visit, we are helping you plan your next Walt Disney World adventure.

Have a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
