Howdy, Danielle!
I’m so excited that your visit to the Disneyland Resort is just about here! Thank you for visiting us at planDisney while you put the finishing touches on your preparations.
For most Guests, the
Disney eTickets as shown in the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the
Disneyland mobile app are all that is needed for park entrance.
Theme park reservations are digitally linked with the tickets, so entrance to the parks is a breeze, even without the QR code for the park reservations. However, having the park reservation QR code on hand is still recommended. Should
Experiment 626 (A.K.A. Stitch) decide to cause some trouble with the link between tickets and park reservations, it’s a good idea to have that backup documentation to make sure your entry to the theme parks is as smooth as possible.
In some cases, I have heard of Disneyland Resort Guests finding their theme park reservation confirmation email in the junk mail folder of their email account. Just in case, it may be worth checking there. Another way to find your park reservation QR code is to visit the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page and click on the “Re-Send QR Code” link. You can also find this web page by tapping the reservations that show up in the “Future Plans” screen of the
Disneyland mobile app. Be sure to be logged into the same account that was used to make the original ticket purchase or to first link the tickets if bought separately.
Tony’s Tip: I recommend having a valid credit card linked with your account in the Disneyland mobile app. You can add it by visiting your account profile in the app and editing the stored payment method. This will make purchasing the
Disney Genie+ service and/or
individual Lightning Lane access fast and convenient. It also makes placing a
mobile food and beverage order a piece of cake. Or maybe a bite of a
Matterhorn Macaroon from the
Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe!
I hope you have a marvelous and magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Danielle!
