I reserved and paid for two 3-day park hopper tickets. Now my husband cannot go. Can I change the name on one of my tickets?

    Hi Roberta,

Welcome to planDisney! I hope you're looking forward to your Disneyland Resort adventure later on this year! I'm sorry to hear that your husband won't be able to visit with you, but I'm happy to let you know that another Mouseketeer will be able to use his tickets instead.

While there's currently no way to change the name on a theme park ticket online, you'll simply want to inform the Cast Member when you arrive that there's been a change in plans. The important thing to note is that when you go to use the ticket for the first time, a picture will be taken to link each ticket to an individual Guest, and once that has been done, the ticket may no longer be transferred.

Roberta, perhaps you've seen the announcements, but some exciting changes are coming to how we plan our Disney adventures. With Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ rolling out at some point later this fall, I'd encourage you to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for any further updates, as this could offer some fantastic individualized itinerary planning for you during your visit if it has launched by then!

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, and please know that you're welcome any time you have a Disney-planning question or would like advice about any aspect of your visit. I hope you have a truly magical experience later this year!
