    I reserved online a resort room and tickets for this summer. Will I receive my tickets in the mail or do I get them when I check into our hotel? Thanks!

    Greetings, Susanne! Thanks for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I am so excited that you are planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort!

    If you booked your vacation package directly through the Disneyland Resort website, there was an option at check out for the delivery of your theme park tickets. If you selected eTickets, then you can either show your mobile device at the turnstiles or print out your ticket voucher and bring it with you to the park gate. You will then be issued a paper ticket to use for the duration of your stay. If you chose to have the tickets sent to you, they will be shipped to the home address provided as long as you booked and paid for your reservation at least seven days prior to your arrival date. If you booked less than seven days prior to your arrival, then the documents will be shipped to the hotel.
