Ahoy, Judy!
I'm so excited to welcome you back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your Disney Cruise will be here before you know it. Have you taken a look at
Disney Cruise Line's suggestions for what to pack? Even though we've sailed on multiple voyages with Captain Mickey, I still like referring to this helpful list before each cruise. It was especially helpful before our first voyage with our son!
Great job grabbing reservations for your little one at
"it's a small world" nursery! Space is limited, so I'm thrilled you were able to get a great timeframe in advance. I called Disney Cruise Line just to make sure your little pirate princess would be given dinner during her time at the nursery and the agent said that meals can be provided upon request. The Youth Counselors will do their best to make sure your daughter is eating! When you check her into the nursery, you will have the opportunity to speak with the Youth Counselors and give them any instructions pertaining to your little one. Does your daughter have a favorite snack? You are also able to bring snacks from home to the nursery so long as they're sealed in their original packaging and free of nuts.
Judy, when you arrive onboard, I suggest stopping by "it's a small world" nursery!
before the night of your daughter's reservation to ask about requesting her dinner in advance. You may need to order her meal earlier in the day before checking her in for her reservation. You can swing by during the Youth Activities Open House hours and ask about when/how to order her dinner, and also take a tour of the amazing play area with your daughter! Once she sees how much fun she's going to have in there, she'll be eager to go back!
