    I have reserved the Magical Express for both arrival and departure for my trip in September. My flight times have changed twice since booking flights months ago. Do I need to call and give my new information if more time changes happen?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    You must be excited about your upcoming Incredible vacation!

    Disney’s Magical Express makes it convenient to start and end your Walt Disney World Resort adventures. I love that I don’t have to worry about finding my way around town. I just sit back, relax, and let my Motorcoach driver whisk me away.

    You will have to call Disney’s Magical Express to update any flight changes. With that being said, I would recommend waiting until your travel date approaches to call in case there are more changes. There is so much unknown during this time that flights do seem to be changing quite often.

    Speaking of Disney’s Magical Express, there is a critical change to this service. Due to the current situation, at this time, complimentary luggage delivery to your Resort hotel room is not operational. You should collect any checked luggage at the baggage claim area and take it to your Motorcoach. Your luggage will travel with you under the Motorcoach. Once you arrive at your Resort hotel, Bell Services will be available to assist with your luggage. Be sure to check our Know Before You Go section before your arrival for all of the most current updates at the Walt Disney World Resort.
