Hello, I reserved a hotel package from your website directly a few months back. I just saw that Costco has a deal going on which reimburses some cost for longer stays. I would like to take part in that program, but don't know how.

Hey there, Brandt. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'm so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Disneyland Resort during the spooky season and I'm thrilled to help out.

Woohoo! You got a head start on your magical visit and have already booked a Disneyland Vacation Package. Like Wreck-It Ralph, I did some exploring around the internet (don't worry, I didn't break it) and found the information for Disneyland Resort Hotels Packages with Costco Travel. In order to take advantage of the gift card offer you're referencing, the vacation package must be booked directly with Costco Travel.

If it's just too great of an offer to pass up, you can always review the Terms and Conditions (including the cancellation policy) for your Disneyland Vacation Package to see if it's worth it for you to cancel and rebook your vacation package. From what I can see on the website, for vacation packages, cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your arrival, amounts paid (minus cancellation fees assessed by third-party hotels or other suppliers non-refundable travel protection plan costs and other amounts owed) will be refunded. I also highly recommend reviewing the Terms and Conditions for the vacation package booked through Costco to make sure they meet your needs.

No matter what you decide, you'll be at the Happiest Place on Earth during one of my favorite seasons, Halloween Time. The resort will be decked out in fall adornments (don't miss Radiator Screams in Disney California Adventure Park) and the giant Mickey pumpkin will be waiting to greet you at the beginning of Main Street, U.S.A. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the seasonal treats that are frighteningly delicious. Just remember, you can make your theme park reservations up to 120 days in advance of your visit (which is rapidly and scarily approaching). This is a popular time of the year to visit the Disneyland Resort and I recommend making your reservations as soon as you possibly can.

Brandt, this might not be the answer you were hoping for, however, I hope it still provides you with some helpful information. Come back to visit us at planDisney with any other questions as you continue to plan. Until then, have a magical day!
