    Hi! We have reserved ground transportation to MCO after our cruise. Will we be given vouchers and a specific time to get the bus to MCO or do we just go to the ground transportation area after debarkation and wait for the next available bus? Thank you.

    Great to chat with you again! You've got this whole vacation mapped out so nicely - you'll be ready and waiting to pose for your embarkation photos very soon! 

    The dreaded disembarkation day is the lowest point of the vacation - no one wants to leave the Disney Cruise ship! Tears are optional as you bid goodbye to the ship's beautiful atrium lobby, and wave to the cast members at the gangway. As you make your way from US Customs and exit the port towards the ground transportation area, a cast member will actually point you in the right direction. Everyone in your traveling party will need your Key to the World Cards, so keep it handy and within reach... it works like your bus ticket to get from the Port to the Airport (or for some, to their Disney Resort). Your name will also be on their guest roster, just let them know that you've purchased ground transportation to the MCO airport. You'll be led to the next bus that will be leaving. There is no set schedule, but you may need to wait a little as more guests board the motorcoach to the airport with you. The driver will likely make a few stops at the different airport terminals, so just listen to your correct terminal and Airline drop off location as it is announced once you get to the airport.
