    Hi! I reserved Disney Dream ship of 5night Very Merry time Bahamian Cruise from Fort Lauderdale. Is there a formal night held here? Also, I would like to have the same clothes as Mickey and Minnie, so I would like to know what kind of costume I can see.

    Ahoy there, and welcome to planDisney!   Your Very Merrytime Cruise on the Disney Dream will be here before you know it!

    I'm happy to share the following suggested attire/themes for your sailing:
    • Night 1: Casual
    • Night 2: Optional Dress-up
    • Night 3: Mickey and Minnie's Holiday Party
    • Night 4: Pirate Night
    • Night 5: Casual
    There is no formal night, but you still have plenty of opportunities to dress up.  While we never know exactly what attire our beloved Mickey and Minnie will be dressed in, there will definitely be holiday attire and pirate attire on those designated nights.  I suggest searching the internet for photos and videos of some examples of their attire from past sailings.  On the night of their Holiday Party, you can expect character meet-and-greets, singing, and dancing.  There will be many photo opportunities in front of the Christmas tree and gingerbread house in the atrium.  The Disney Cruise Line professional photographers will also roam about the rotational dining restaurants to take pictures during dinner.     Download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for a listing of character greetings and other onboard activities once you are connected to the DCL-GUEST wireless network.
