Hi Ashley!
Don't fret! You'll be able to ensure that you're in the right park for your reserved dinners with a few simple 'checks' online!
A visit to the main Attractions Page of the Walt Disney World site will help you search out all your favourite shows that you don't want to miss and determine what park you should reserve that day's dining in! If you're already reserved for meals, simply ensure you're visiting the correct park that corresponds to your dining plans for the day - and then consult the Times Guide for that day to plan out your show times.
To visit Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage and Voyage of The Little Mermaid, you'll want to plan to dine in Hollywood Studios that evening. I'd highly recommend Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano.
At Animal Kingdom, some great stage shows to see include Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo - The Musical. If you prefer to dine early for dinner, consider Yak & Yeti, Tusker House or Rainforest Cafe.
If you prefer to dine later, and since Animal Kingdom closes a little earlier than most parks, consider heading from the park on the bus to Downtown Disney after your day has come to a close and enjoy shopping and another whole world of
Dining Options!
If you'd like further assistance with your dining plans and recommendations, I hope you'll visit me again with more great questions!
Wishing you a simply Magical time on your Walt Disney World vacation Ashley!
