    I reserved 14 day ultimate tickets but only received the invoice with no way of linking them to my account or guests plans managed by my account. Is there a way to link tickets so I can proceed with reserving days in the parks? Many Thanks Frank

    As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney, it really is my absolute pleasure to welcome you here to our pixie-dusted spot!

    Planning a magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort is just so exciting!  For me, part of that fun and excitement begins when I'm linking my Ultimate Tickets to My Disney Experience account, which then enables me to go ahead and make those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations.

    It should be fairly straightforward to link Ultimate Tickets purchased directly from the Walt Disney Travel Company to your My Disney Experience account. 

    After purchasing your Ultimate Tickets you should receive an email containing a 'Will Call' ticket voucher; the Ultimate Ticket e-ticket reference number (used to link to My Disney Experience) can be found located under the barcode of your 'Will Call' ticket voucher.

    To link Ultimate Tickets to My Disney Experience -

     - Log in to My Disney Experience on a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Follow the prompts to enter Ticket ID Number (which is located under the barcode of your Will Call ticket voucher)

    With just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you should now be all set!  Frank, if for whatever reason you're still experiencing any technical difficulties at all, or perhaps have not yet received your Will Call vouchers for your Ultimate Tickets, then I would suggest speaking in person with a Cast Member.
