Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Irene. We're delighted to see you! It sounds like you're planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season. How very merry!
Dining at
Cinderella's Royal Table is truly a fairytale worthy experience. From the moment you enter the Grand Hall, you're given the royal treatment as a special Guest of Cinderella! With decadent food and the lovely company of beloved Disney Princesses, a meal at Cinderella's Royal Table is a must-do for my family's Disney vacations.
You ask an excellent question about this dining experience and
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Currently, there are a few entertainment offerings scheduled during your dining reservation; Frozen Holiday Surprise at 8:15 PM and Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade at 8:30 PM. There
is a second performance of Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade at 11:00 PM, which is usually much less crowded. That all said, I recommend modifying your dining reservation to an earlier time in the evening. Did you know that even though the party officially starts at 7:00 PM, you can enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM with your event ticket? Those "bonus" three hours are the perfect time to enjoy a sit-down meal. That way, when the party officially begins, you can take advantage of all it's exclusive offerings!
To answer your second question, Cinderella's Royal Table is listed as one of the
'yuletide dining' experiences on the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party page on the Walt Disney World Resort website, but my understanding is that the experience is no different during the event than it usually is. You never know when there may be a holly jolly surprise in store, though!
I hope this was helpful, Irene. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
