    I have reserved a 2 bedroom suite at the hotel in May. Whenever we have stayed at this hotel, the suites offer club service. If there is no early admission to the park and no club service available, what is the hotel doing to replace these services?

    Denise, after a trying year, vacations are now not just fun for my family but truly a luxury I no longer take for granted and with the reopening of the Disneyland Resort, even more guests can experience the escapism to fantasy that we all need. 

    Denise, whether the suite you have booked is at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa or at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection at Walt Disney World, you are correct that currently club level service is on pause to allow for the necessary enhanced health and safety measures.

    While not all services are returning at the same time, I am happy to report that the Magic you know and love from the Disney Parks hasn't gone away. At Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, you are still able to float in the pool, enjoy dinner at the resort and stroll directly into Disney California Adventure Park. Denise, this is also the perfect time to explore nuances of this resort that you may never have noticed before. While I won't give away any secrets, I will say that the antics of two famous chipmunks are forever etched in glass, should you be willing to investigate. Denise, when I first returned to the Walt Disney World Resort upon reopening it was the little touches like this, the hidden Mickeys in the carpet and the delight of Cast Members that brought me such joy and I hope you're able to enjoy every moment of your upcoming stay.

    Finally, if you're planning to visit the theme parks during your stay, make sure to secure your Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible.
