    I reserved 2 appointments months ago by phone for BBB. Online My Reservations show my park accomodations reservations and my character dinner (made by phone at same time as BBB reservation) but not my BBB appointments. Should I be concerned?

    Hi, Monica!

    Hakuna Matata!  No worries!   Reservations for tours or other special experiences will not show up on your reservations page, so you are just fine.  As long as you made the reservation and have the confirmation number, your little girls are all set to become Fairytale Princesses at their special make-over.  If you want to double check, you can call (407)WDW-STYLE. 

    I hope your girls enjoy their special day.
