Can I reserve a wheelchair before arriving?

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Jannine. We're just delighted you've stopped by! We'd love to help you plan your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort.

While wheelchairs are available to rent for your visit to the theme parks, they cannot be reserved ahead of time. It's recommended that you arrive to the Disneyland Resort early, as there is a limited-number of wheelchairs to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, I've never heard of the theme parks running out of wheelchairs for Guests!

If you'll be staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel for your visit, you can rent a wheelchair ahead of your arrival through ScooterBug, Disney's Featured Rental Provider. This rental company will deliver the wheelchair right to your Disneyland Resort hotel! How convenient is that?

Depending on your unique needs, you may want to check out the Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities page on the Disneyland Resort website. There you'll find important information about using a wheelchair for your visit!

I hope this was helpful, Jannine. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort!
