Can I reserve a wheelchair in advance for Disney magic kingdom, Hollywood studios, and animal kingdom?

    Hi Patricia! Welcome to planDisney!

There is SO much fun waiting for you at the Walt Disney World Resort! I bet you have been busy planning all the last-minute details of your vacation. There is a lot of planning that goes into a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, but it is definitely worth it when you are enjoying all the theme parks have to offer!

When it comes to renting wheelchairs at the Walt Disney World theme parks, they cannot be rented in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. When you arrive for your first day, you can rent a wheelchair by the day or purchase a length of stay rental which allows you to pay for all three days upfront, saving you time and a little money per day.

If you want to have your wheelchair reserved in advance, consider giving ScooterBug a call. They are the Disney Featured Provider and allow you to make your reservation before you arrive. Keep in mind that with this option you will need to transport the wheelchair to and from the theme parks. You can find their contact information on the wheelchair rental page that I linked for you above.

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Patricia! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
