Hey Gary!
Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your great question about
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets and
Disney Park Pass theme park reservations! I am thrilled to help you plan your upcoming vacation.
Gary, I have magical news for you! First, you do not need a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation to enter the Walt Disney World Resort water parks. Disney Park Pass theme park reservations are only required for Guests ages 3 and up who wish to enter the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, not the water parks. In addition to a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation, all Guests ages 3 and up must have a valid theme park admission ticket or annual pass linked to their My Disney Experience account. Please
click here to start making your Disney Park Pass theme park reservations.
Second, you will be thrilled to know that your 6-day Park Hopper Plus theme park ticket includes 6 days at the theme parks and 6 visits to any of the "plus" options — including Disney's Blizzard Beach water park! Your other "plus" options are FootGolf at Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course, Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course, and Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course. You will have a blast, Gary!
Please keep in mind that during the
phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park is the only Walt Disney World Resort water park currently operating. We do not know when Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park will be reopening, but I encourage you to keep your eyes and EARS peeled on the
Disney Parks Blog for updates!
Gary, the
experience updates page offers a wealth of information on face coverings, theme park reservations, physical distancing protocols, and contactless payment options. If you have any other questions about the phased reopening of the Most Magical Place on Earth, the Panelists at planDisney are always hEAR to help you!
Please visit us again soon, Gary! We look forward to helping you plan the “practically perfect” vacation.
Wishing you a Magical Vacation,
Priscila
