I had to reserve at two resorts, but forgot to include days in our tickets for the first resort. I understood I could add these days to our existing ticket, but can't figure out how. I have been trying to call but at over 4 hours hold time.

    Hi Katharine! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so glad to be able to help out as you finalize your plans for your magical Walt Disney World Resort adventure! It looks like you will be enjoying a split stay during your vacation. What a fantastic idea! Split stays are a wonderful way to experience more than one fabulous Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Each resort has its own unique theming, so it's such a blast to immerse yourself in a completely different experience, each with that famous magic and level of service you come to expect at Walt Disney World.

Did you know that the helpful Cast Members at the Bell Services desk will move your luggage between resorts for you? So all you need to do is bring down your belongings and have a quick chat with the Bell Services team to set up your luggage transfer. Then, with a bit of bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, you are off to enjoy yourself, and your bags will be at your second resort when you return from your day of fun in the parks.

Katharine, I have great news to share! You can absolutely add extra days to your theme parks tickets, all right from your My Disney Experience account. You will just need to do so before the original start date of your ticket. To add the extra days to your ticket, simply follow these steps:

    • Log into your My Disney Experience account.
    • Hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner, and click on "My Plans."
    • From there, scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and click on "Tickets & Memory Maker."
    • Once loaded, you should see a blue link to "Change Ticket." Click on that, and select the tickets you would like to modify.
    • Then, you can edit the number of days and start date of your ticket. Then, follow the prompts to finalize your modification to check out, and you are all set!

Pretty easy, right, Katharine? My Disney Experience is such a great tool and makes planning your vacation as easy as can be!

I do hope this has been helpful, Katharine! Please feel free to pop back over with any other questions as you finalize your vacation plans. We would love to help you make the absolute most of your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation!

    Happy planning!
    Diana
