Hey Analissa,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question. I'm thrilled (and a little bit jealous) to hear you're planning a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth tomorrow!
Currently, you need both valid theme park tickets and a
theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit the parks.
If you haven't already purchased your tickets, you'll want to start there. I've found purchasing them directly through the
Disneyland Resort website to be the easiest option and it will walk you through setting up your park reservations as part of the process.
If you already have your park tickets, then you can make your park reservations through the
My Plans hub (also on the Disneyland Resort website). Note that these are subject to availability and park capacity.
You should be all set for your visit with the steps I listed above if you have multi-day tickets. However, if you're only visiting for one day then there is one more caveat to keep in mind, which is that 1-day park tickets have multiple tiers based on the date you plan to visit.
If you're purchasing your tickets then this will get sorted out automatically for you during the purchase process when you input the date you plan to visit. However, if you already have a 1-day ticket and are having trouble making park reservations then it's possible that you might need to upgrade your ticket. If you run into any issues, I would recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line who can look at the specific details of your situation and let you know your options.
Thanks again for your question, Analissa! I hope you have fun on your visit to the Disneyland Resort.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
