I want to reserve tickets for 4 days using the Canadian residence 20% offer, we are 5 persons, 4 are canadian residence and the fifth is not, what we should do?

    Bonjour Ashraf,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a quesiton, my fellow Canadian!

Theme Park Tickets purchased by using the Special Offer for Canadian Residents need to be activated at Guest Relations at any Theme Park or Disney Springs before they’re used. What this means is that each person who has one of these specially priced tickets associated with their My Disney Experience account will need to provide proof that they’re actually a Canadian resident (passport or driver’s license) before they can enter a Theme Park. And please don't forget that the Canadian resident tickets need to be purchased online and can't be purchased at a Walt Disney World Resort ticket window.

If the fifth person in your party isn’t a Canadian resident, they’ll need to purchase regular Theme Park Tickets, ideally in a separate transaction to avoid any confusion.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. Et n’oubliez pas que vous pouvez également me poser des questions en français!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
