If I reserve a spot at a particular park in Disney World (e.g. Magic Kingdom), but arrive later in the day (e.g. after 5pm), will my spot still be reserved, or is there a chance my spot eventually disappears if I don't enter the park by a certain time?

    Hey Matt!

A warm welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your wondEARful question about Disney Park Pass theme park reservations.

Matt, when making Disney Park Pass theme park reservations, you are reserving your “spot” in the theme park for the entire day. In other words, as long as you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park during official park hours, you will be able to enter the theme park with your Disney Park Pass theme park reservation.

Because I am a local resident, I often make theme park reservations to visit the theme parks for dinner or to view the nighttime fireworks spectaculars! I have never had any issues entering the parks in the late afternoon or early evening.

Please click here to view the Walt Disney World Resort theme park calendars. Additionally, please be sure to review the experience updates page before you visit. It is chock-full of information about the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort.

    Wishing you a Magical Vacation,
