Yizhou, there is one option to reserve a viewing spot at Magic Kingdom Park for fireworks, and that's
Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties: Seats & Sweets. Spots for New Year's Eve are the most popular night of the year and go very quickly so, unfortunately, it has sold out for December 31 this year. Beyond a dessert party, there are no reserved areas for nighttime spectaculars and spots are first-come, first-served. New Year's Eve at Magic Kingdom Park will be quite busy, so if a great viewing location for Fantasy in the Sky is a priority for you, I'd recommend staking out a few hours in advance. You'll probably see people claiming their patch 3-4 hours or more before the show, but finding a spot 1-2 hours before midnight should still get you a great view. Grab a snack from

If you decide you don't want to spend a few hours of your night waiting out Fantasy in the Sky, that's perfectly fine too. One of the joys of a fireworks show is that it's great wherever see it from, so you can prioritize what's most important to you and have a great night no matter what you decide to do!
