Greetings, Holly and welcome to
planDisney!
Holly, thank you so much for stopping by for information regarding
Disneyland Resort's Disability Access Service (DAS) as part of the many
Services for Guests with Disabilities designed to afford all an enjoyable and inclusive experience during their visit. The DAS is designed to offer alternate options for registered Guests while they wait for their DAS Return Time. We use this accommodation for our son and take the opportunity to tend to his needs while not standing in the attraction queue.
Registering for the Disability Access Service (DAS) can be done in two ways:
1) From 2 days up to 30 days prior to your visit with the
DAS Advance virtual visit with a Cast Member via a live video chat,
2) In-person at a Guest Relations location
inside any Disneyland Resort theme park.
To prepare for the DAS Registration either virtually or in person please ensure:
1) The Guest who needs the accommodation is present,
2) You have linked all valid theme park tickets for those in your travel party to your Disney account so that they may be included on the DAS Guestlist for planning during your visit,
3) You have secured
Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations for all in your travel party using valid theme park admission,
4) You download the
Disneyland Mobile App to use for managing your DAS Return Times.
Once registration is complete you should be able to see the DAS accommodation on the
Disneyland Mobile App, and then once inside a theme park, you will be able to see the attraction's self-selection flow from which you can select one DAS Return Time at a time. The registered DAS Guest and anyone on the DAS Guestlist may request a DAS Return Time from the self-selection flow on the
Disneyland Mobile App, at an attraction entrance, or at a
Guest Experience Team Kiosk, but the
registered DAS Guest must be present when redeeming the DAS Return Time at an attraction or other experience.
Tips:Once inside a Disneyland Resort theme park, a registered DAS Guest and those on their DAS Guestlist may also use the DAS with the
Disney Genie+ service for purchase to save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance.
Add greater convenience to your day using the
Disneyland Mobile App for such vacation essentials as
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and joining
walk-up waitlists for participating Disneyland Resort dining venues.
Holly, I hope this information serves you well, it was my pleasure assisting you today, thank you kindly for stopping by. If you have further questions please contact
