Hi there, Sandra! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!
Visiting the Disneyland Resort on Christmas day sounds absolutely magical! I took a look at ticket availability this morning and it looks like
December 25th is available to purchase. It is considered a Tier 5 ticket but that just means if you already had a lower tier ticket and hadn't yet made a theme park reservation for that day, you would need to upgrade your ticket before visiting on a Tier 5 day. But since you haven't yet purchased your tickets, you will simply select that day and the correct Tier 5 pricing will be displayed. You will then choose which park you want to visit that day (
this is your theme park reservation) and you are all set!
Christmas has always been a very popular day to visit the parks, so I recommend planning ahead by making
dining reservations for any table service restaurants you want to enjoy. Additionally, mobile order time slots could fill up fast that day so I suggest checking the availability in the morning and if you see your ideal time available, go ahead and order your food in advance. Additionally, it's very likely that
Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ will be available by then. These services could save you oodles of time in the parks so you'll want to read up on all the features before you visit.
I hope this information is helpful. Have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
