We might reserve a place at Be Our Guest for a light lunch. What is a Mickey Meal Check? Are adults allowed to order from the kids menu? Thanks much.

Hello Cathy.  Welcome back to the Moms Panel.  The Mickey Check for Kids' Meals at Walt Disney World, is an indicator of healthy and nutritious options for kids meal choices, so parents can easily identify and choose these options.  If you click the link above, you can read the original article announcing the program on the Disney Parks Blog.  Also, Be Our Guest Restaurant serves only Quick-Service for lunch, and reservations are neither required or available - just head on over when you are ready to eat!

Generally, for Quick-Service locations, there won't be any problem for adults who wish to dine on a kids meal, as you just order what you wish at the counter.   At Table Service locations, you will need to inquire at each individual restaurant for their policy on adults wishing to order off of a kids menu.  If there are special or extenuating circumstances, they will often allow it, but you do need to check with your server when you are seated.

I hope this information is helpful to you, and please let me know if I can help you with anything else - it would be my pleasure to assist you.  Have a magical day!
