Hiya, Denise,
Welcome to planDisney! This is such a great inquiry! All four theme parks require a
Park Pass reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket, so making these reservations before you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth is essential.
Before making your Park Pass reservations you will need to purchase your theme park tickets or book your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. Once this step is crossed off your magical to-do list, be sure your
tickets are linked to your
My Disney Experience account. Now it's time to make those Park Pass reservations. You can secure your spot in your favorite theme parks on the Walt Disney World website or through the My Disney Experience app. Let's start with
making a reservation on the website. There are two options,
Make a Reservation with a Theme Park Ticket or
Make a Reservation with an Annual Pass. Click the option that reflects your ticket type. The next page will prompt you to create your travel party. Select the Guest(s) that will be heading to off to the park with you each day. (Be sure they also have theme park tickets and they have
linked their accounts to yours!) Select the continue option at the bottom of the screen. Pick the first date that you will be visiting a park and choose the park you wish the visit that day. Review the plans on the following page and select
Confirm. And that's it! You will have made your first Park Pass reservation. You will need to repeat this process for each day you will be visiting the parks.
Making a Park Pass reservation through the My Disney Experience app is similar. Tap the
+ at the bottom of the screen to get started. Select the
Make a Park Pass Reservation tile to reserve your spot. Choose from Theme Park Tickets or Annual Pass, and follow the remaining prompts to finish creating your itinerary. Once you have made your reservations they should automatically appear in your My Disney Experience plans!
I hope your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
We'll see ya real soon!
