My Disney Experience account, so you have accomplished that step of your mission. Your room reservation must include
Theme Park Tickets for each member of your party to access the
Disney Park Pass System. If your Walt Disney World Resort reservation already includes Theme Park Tickets, I feel Zurg may be to blame here. The best way to get this taken care of will be to contact a
Website Support Cast Member who will be able to look into your account, defeat Zurg, and see what the trouble may be. Sheriff, this is no time to panic. I checked the
Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar for you for your travel dates, and it looks like reservations are still open for each Theme Park.
