It’s great to hear that you are starting to create your
Disney Park Pass reservations for your upcoming trip. By doing this early, hopefully you will be able to get the Theme Park reservations that work best for you.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble making your Disney Park Pass reservations. Have you tried making the reservations from a desktop computer? When I make my reservations, I do so on a desktop because there’s a bigger screen and you can toggle back and forth between the
Theme Park Reservation calendar.
If you were already on a desktop, I suggest you sign out of
My Disney Experience and then sign back in. Sometimes our digital problems can be solved by a simple refresh of a page. Once you sign in to My Disney Experience, head over to the Disney Park Pass page to make the reservations for your
Theme Park Tickets or Annual Passes. Please keep in mind that you need valid Theme Park admission before you can create a Disney Park Pass reservation.
If there are still issues with scheduling via the Disney Park Pass system, call the
Web Support or My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desks. They should be able to troubleshoot and help you get those Disney Park Pass reservations.
