Ashley from MS Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How do I reserve a park day with a military ticket?

    Hi Ashley! Welcome to planDisney.

I’m glad to hear you’ve purchased your Military Promotional Theme Park Tickets. Mine is a military family too, and we’re so grateful for this fantastic ticket offer that allows us to return to the Walt Disney World Resort time and again. There’s nothing quite like together time at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

To make your Disney Park Pass reservations, you will need to link your military tickets to your My Disney Experience account. I’m going to walk you through the steps to do this in the My Disney Experience mobile app, but the steps are very similar in the desktop version. Open the app and tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Then, tap “Tickets & Passes.”

You’ll see a “+” sign in the top right – tap that and then “Link Tickets & Passes.” From there, you can either scan your ticket barcode or enter the ticket ID number. If you have an exchange certificate (this is what we often get when purchasing tickets from base ticket offices), you’ll find the number on the back. You may also have a plastic ticket card. If you’re not sure where the ID number is on your ticket, tap “Where is the ID number?” to see sample tickets. Once you’ve successfully entered the ticket number and linked the ticket yourself (or to each Guest in your party), you’ll be ready to make your Disney Park Pass reservations.

If you have any trouble linking your tickets, please call the friendly My Disney Experience help desk Cast Members at (407) 939-4357. Note that there may be a longer than usual wait time, as many Guests have questions about the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort. I like to keep the phone on speakerphone when I call so I can multi-task while I’m on hold. I’m sending pixie-dusted wishes you can get those tickets linked faster than “bibbidi bobbidi boo!”

Ashley, I do recommend making your Disney Park Pass Reservations as soon as you can once the tickets are linked, as the theme parks are operating at reduced capacity and Disney Park Pass Reservations are limited. It’s a good idea to get your reservations locked in so you can focus on all the fun you’re about to have this summer.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! Have so much fun counting down the days and making your plans, and please come back and see us if you think of any further questions.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
