Hello Cindy!
It looks like your trip is just around the corner, so you must be getting excited and wanting to take care of the final details!
Disney’s Magical Express is currently available for Guests until the end of 2021. We always use this service as we fly in from the Chicago area airports and prefer to skip the expense of renting a car. There are a few ways to sign up for Disney’s Magical Express, so let me see if I can help get you on your way to the
Walt Disney World Resort! If you are a
Disney Vacation Club Member who booked your trip with Vacation Points, you can sign up for Disney’s Magical Express online. Once you are signed in to the Disney Vacation Club Member Website, look at the menu of options along the top of the screen. On the far right-hand side, you’ll see My DVC. Hover over that and you’ll see an option for My Vacation and the first choice under there is Disney’s Magical Express Service. Choosing this option will take you to an online form where you can put in each Guest’s name and flight information for Disney’s Magical Express. If you are not a Disney Vacation Club Member, but your reservation was made for you by a friend or family member who is a Disney Vacation Club Member, they would need to go online for you to sign you up.
Guests who are booking a standard cash reservation at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel can call, or you can use
this online form to request Disney’s Magical Express Service. Make sure you have your resort confirmation number, Guest names, and airline and flight details to be able to fill out the form.
Please know, that due to
enhanced safety procedures for Covid-19, luggage service is not currently offered as part of Disney's Magical Express Service. You will need to retrieve your own luggage from baggage claim before boarding Disney's Magical Express.
I hope this helps you get this part of your trip ready to go, Cindy! Pack those Mickey Ears and get ready for the magic!
