We would like to reserve 5 nights at Disney Polynesian Village Resort for March 2023 at Walt Disney World. Right now (4/17/22) on-line booking only appears to be available through 12/31/22. When or how can we book for Polynesian Village for Mar 2023? Thank

    Hello Ruth! Welcome to planDisney!

WOW! You are going to be living my dream vacation! I'm hoping I'll be at the same Resort at the same time, maybe I'll catch you there!  Disney's Polynesian Village Resort has been on my Walt Disney World Resort bucket list since I was a teeny tiny little visitor, and even after dozens of trips I've never been a Guest of that tropical oasis! Maybe next year I'll get there too!

You're certainly correct that as of right now online booking for the Resort is only available through the end of 2022.  However, you can start planning your practically perfect vacation right now over the phone! By simply calling (407) 939-1936 you can speak to a friendly Cast Member at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line and book a "Room Only" stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel up to 499 days in advance of your trip.

If you're looking to purchase an entire vacation package, with Guest room, Theme Park Tickets, and perhaps even Disney Genie+ Service included, you'll have to wait just a little bit longer! Usually, we see packages for next year open up on the Walt Disney World Resort website in June or July of this year.  Just a couple more months and you'll be ready to jump into planning head first!  If you want to book your "Room Only" reservation right now and then change it to a vacation package later you're welcome to do that too.

Starting the planning process now will allow you and your party to really get acquainted with the Parks, Resorts, and dining options and give you time to plan out your days so you know which days you'll be at which Theme Parks.  Now, all Guests over the age of three are required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation in order to enter their first Park of the day.  You'll be able to make your Theme Park Reservations nice and early if you start planning your Park itineraries now!

You're going to have so much fun with this planning process, Ruth! Come back and see us again if you have any other planning questions!
