It’s a small world after all, Jennifer, and I’m so glad you found your way to planDisney!
The
Walt Disney World Resort does a great job of making sure
every Guest enjoys a comfortable visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. So, I’m happy to report that you can
rent an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) from
all Walt Disney World theme and water parks, as well as
Disney Springs. However, ECVs can’t be reserved ahead of time, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Since quantities are limited, I recommend arriving early to ensure you’re able to rent one. Also, ECVs can’t be removed from the destination where they were rented, but daily rentals are transferable between all locations, so you would just pay once for the day. So, if, for example, you were leaving one theme park and heading to another, you would simply return your ECV to the rental counter, then, at the next park, you would present your rental receipt with your deposit to secure another ECV, if available.
If you prefer to have your ECV rented ahead of time, you can also rent one from ScooterBug, which is a local Disney Featured Provider. You can even have an ECV delivered to your
Disney Resort hotel as a length-of-stay rental, if you prefer! This way, you can enjoy your ECV for your entire visit, including on trips between your hotel and the theme parks. I used ScooterBug last spring for a length-of-stay stroller rental, and had a great experience! My rental was clean and in good condition, and I loved how easy it was to pick-up and drop-off at the front desk of my hotel. For more information about ScooterBug, you may call (800) 726-8284, or visit ScooterBug online.

I hope this information helps you enjoy a comfortable and memorable visit, Jennifer! Please stop by with any additional questions… we’re all EARs!
