Hi Elizabeth and welcome to planDisney!
How exciting that your Walt Disney World vacation is coming up so soon! March is one of my favorite times to visit, mainly because it's my birthday month, but also because of
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. I can't wait to head over to the park and see all of my favorite
characters as beautiful topiaries, especially Snow White.
There are two locations at Walt Disney World where you can rent a golf cart. I am not sure which you are asking about, so I'll give you some information about both.
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is the perfect place to ride around on a golf cart. Access to cars is very limited, so a cart is my preferred mode of transportation since you can drive closer to all of the
recreation and
amenities the campground has to offer. One of my favorite things to do while I am camping is drive around after dark to see all of the cool lights and inflatables that other guests have decorated their campsite with. Advance reservations for golf cart rentals are extremely recommended, especially for a March vacation when many guests head to Walt Disney World for spring break. You can reserve one in advance by calling the campground at the phone number listed on the
golf cart website. A waitlist may be available if they are all reserved.
Another location for renting a golf cart is at the Walt Disney World golf courses.
Disney's Magnolia Golf Course,
Disney's Palm Golf Course and
Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course have golf carts available and are included in your greens fee, so there is no additional cost. You can also rent a character themed 4-person golf cart, which needs to be reserved in advance and there is an additional fee for those for any non-playing guests. To
rent a character themed golf cart, please
give Walt Disney World Golf and Recreation a call.
Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
