Hiya Paul,
Welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited that you are planning a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Now that the weather is warming up a little, I cannot wait to enjoy time in the parks (although who am I kidding, it could be snowing, and I would still be excited to be there).
Paul, I would be happy to help you get your theme park reservations for your visit, but first, I have a question. Are your tickets
date-based? If you had to choose a start date (and they have an end date for when they are valid) when you purchased the tickets, then chances are they are date-based. I ask this question because if your tickets are date-based, then you do not need theme park reservations. Based on your question, I think yours are date-based. Just in case I’m wrong, let’s talk about how to make park reservations. The quickest way to do this, Paul, is to visit the
Disney Park Pass Reservation page. Once on the page, click “Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations.” You will be redirected to sign in to your My Disney Experience account if you are not already logged in. Next, you will see two headers: “Guests with Tickets or Passes” and “Annual Passholders with a Hotel Reservation.” Under the header “Guests with Tickets or Passes,” click “Make a Park Reservation.” The next screen will show you all the theme park tickets and passes associated with you and any Guests linked to your account through the Family and Friends list (if you don’t see your tickets at the bottom of the page, you will see an option to link theme park tickets that are missing). Select the checkbox next to all the tickets you want to make reservations for, then click “Continue.” On the next screen, you will be able to select a date and park that you would like to visit (pending availability). Once you pick your park and date, click “Continue” to review and confirm your reservations!
I hope this was helpful, Paul. Before I let you go, once you make your park pass reservations (if applicable), you can always go back and modify them if you want to go to a different theme park (subject to availability). The process is similar to adding a park pass reservation, except instead of clicking “Make a Park Reservation,” you will scroll down to your current theme park reservations and click “Modify Reservation.” If there is anything else you need, please come back and see
us, Paul. We would love to help you have the most magical vacation ever.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
