Hello, Mirna!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your important planning question. I am thrilled to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season. The
50th Anniversary Celebration will be continuing on through March of 2023 to complete its 18-month run. This will give you a chance to enjoy the new experiences that were created for this event.
Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection is my favorite. It is made up of 50 golden statues on display across all 4 theme parks for you to enjoy. These sculptures will also interact with the new MagicBand+ that will launch later this year.
Every Guest that will visit a Disney Theme Park is required to have a
valid theme park ticket and a
Park Pass Reservation for each day they plan to visit a theme park. You can make a reservation online or in the
My Disney Experience mobile app once you have purchased and linked your theme park tickets to your account.
When you open the app, tap the
+ sign in the bottom center of your page, and select the
Make a Park Reservation button.
Select Theme Park Tickets, and you may be asked to sign in again to My Disney Experience. Choose all the members of your party and select continue. Next, select the date you want to visit, and then the park you want to visit. Review and confirm your choice. You should receive a confirmation email for your selection. Repeat this process for each day you plan to visit a theme park.
Once you have made all your park pass reservations, you can confirm your selections in the
Future Plans section of the mobile app. To review your plans, tap the 3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner and then the Future Plans button. You will see any confirmed Resort Reservations and Park Pass Reservations. You are all set and ready to enjoy the parks.
Don’t forget to make your
Advanced Dining Reservations 60 days before your arrival. Reservations open at 6:00 AM, but I recommend signing in no later than 5:45 AM. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
