    How do I reserve an ECV capable Minnie Van to travel from Magic Kingdom to Mickey’s Backyard BBQ, and then for travel back to Art of Animation Resort? Looks like process is different to request an ECV capable van (3 people total). Thanks!

    Hello Kathryn, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I absolutely love to travel in style and comfort. Minnie Van service allows me to live that dream when I visit the Walt Disney World Resort. I would be happy to tell you how to book an ECV accessible Minnie Van. I recently used the ECV accessible Minnie Vans during a recent visit last month. The accessible Minnie Van can transport a guest using an ECV and up to 3 more additional guests.

    You are correct, the process is different than requesting a regular Minnie Van through the Lyft app. You will want to call Disney’s Minnie Van service at (407) 828-3500 and follow the prompts to speak with a Cast Member that will assist guests with a wheelchair or ECV accessible vehicle. It is important to note that you will want to call at least 45-60 minutes in advance of when you would like to be picked up from a location within Disney property. A Cast Member will confirm the exact pickup location at the time of booking. Minnie Van service is available from 6:30 AM to 12:30 AM daily. Hours of operation are always subject to change. I would suggest double checking with the Cast Member who drops you off if you have any questions.
