I would like to reserve a dinner at the Blue Bayou for our 51st wedding anniversary we would have come last year but both of us were sick. We will be in Disneyland on Monday 3/20 and Tuesday 3/21. Please please. Either evening or lunch on the 21st

Hi Holly! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and sending us your question. I'm happy to help!

I love adding the magic of being at The Happiest Place on Earth to our family's celebrations. Congratulations to you and your husband on your fantastic milestone! While I can't make any advanced dining reservations for you, I can give you tips on having your best chance of dining at the iconic Blue Bayou Restaurant. There are occasions when last-minute reservations might become available due to cancellations, so I recommend continuing to check for reservations through the Disneyland website or using the Disneyland Mobile App. If you don't have any success, I would suggest using the Disneyland Mobile App to join the walk-up list once you arrive at Disneyland Park. In order to join the list, you will need to be close to the restaurant. You could also arrive at the restaurant just before they open and ask a Cast Member if you can be added as a walk-up.

With a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, hopefully, you can get a reservation to celebrate your anniversary. The lunch and dinner menus have some great selections including Disney100 Celebration Cake. Be sure to mention you are celebrating, and I would also suggest requesting a table by or near the water's edge.

I'm wishing you and your husband health, happiness, and many more years of Happily Ever After! I hope you will visit us again at planDisney when you're ready to plan your next visit to the Disneyland Resort. You've got a friend in us, and we would love to help!

    Happy Anniversary!
    Smiles,
    Lisa
