Welcome to planDisney, Alana and thanks for stopping by with your question!
With cooler evenings compared to the heart of summer and the
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival in full swing, September is a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! In fact, I'll be making a quick getaway to the Most Magical Place on Earth later this month as well! And... a stay at
Disney's Beach Club Villas is the perfect resort to stay in the middle of the Magic.
Now, Alana, let's talk about your in-room needs while you'll be there. Most 1-Bedroom and larger villas come standard with a Pack ‘n Play® tucked away in a closet. Earlier this summer I stayed in a 1-Bedroom Villa at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and a 2-Bedroom Villa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. In both units I found a Pack ‘n Play® in the front closet. When you check-in, if you don't see a portable crib, you can call down to the front desk and one will be brought to your room. Now, Alana, if you're checking in later in the day (close to bedtime for your littlest Mouseketeer) I would recommend requesting the Pack ‘n Play® in advance just to make sure it's available. You can do this by calling
Disney Vacation Club Member Services (if you are a Member and have booked through your Membership) or by
calling Hotel Reservations.
Alana, let me also provide you with an email and phone contact for
Disability Services at the Walt Disney World Resort. Cast Members in this department can better assist with any mobility needs and questions: (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com.
Alana, I hope this information helps as you're getting ready for your vacation. If you have any additional questions, make sure to swing on back to planDisney where we love helping guests build Magical trips!
